Any or all utilities desiring to use in any way, the poles belonging to
Garkane Energy Cooperative, shall 
before making any attachment, follow the application process in full.
Joint Use Attachment Application - Licensee will use this form to apply for individual attachments.
Joint Use Removal Form - Licensee will use this form to remove attachments from their tally when they remove attachments in the field.
Joint Use License Agreement - This is a copy of the license agreement that must be signed before a Licensee can submit attachment applications.
